CV FAMILY - You can view and print your Year-End Donation Statements at any time throughout the year. We encourage you to review your records frequently to ensure all information is accurate. PLEASE NOTE your statement includes all contributions made to Coosa Valley Church of God Ministries and Mission Programs, including Tithes, General Fund, Building Fund, Missions, Kidz, Teens, Young Adults, and Women Ministries.

If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us promptly so that we can research out records (including tithe envelopes and other documentation) and resolve the issue. To view and print your Year-End Donation Statement, go to the Giving Options Page and click Year End Giving Reports. You must have a CV Connect User Account to view this statement. If you do not have an account, text your email address to 205.642.8744 and a registration code will be emailed to you.
